We believe that investing in staff is a great way to empower employees, ensure confidence and competence within their roles, develop future leaders and retain our team by providing opportunities to build on their knowledge and experience.

Through our new partner Apprenticeship Wales we now offer staff the opportunity to complete L2, L3 and L5 apprenticeships in Health & Social Care.

This is a milestone achievement for us, and we look forward to many more to come.
