We recently celebrated our first ever Christmas party, can you believe it?! As I stood at the bar, I looked over to see my staff throwing each other round the dancefloor and it was a moment of realisation for me. In the blink of an eye, I’d gone from sitting at home in my pyjamas and building the foundation of our business, to an evening of celebration with some incredible people.
The journey hasn’t been easy and it’s only the beginning for us, but I’m so proud of what we’ve achieved so far, the lives we’ve touched, the friendships we’ve made and the opportunities created for people who are as passionate about care as I am to do what they do best.
Our staff are at the heart of our business, the compassion, patience and empathy they show on the good days and bad, is truly remarkable. I’m incredibly lucky to have found a team that wear their hearts on their sleeves and willingly share them with others. We wouldn’t be here without them so I’d like to thank every one of them; Jess, Becky, Menna and Amy. I would also like to extend a very warm welcome our newest team members; Neringa, David and Gina.
