We are over the moon to announce that we are now a recognised, accredited Living Wage Employer! This means that every member of our staff will earn a real living wage.
The real Living Wage is higher than the government's minimum, or National Living Wage, and is an independently calculated hourly rate of pay that is based on the actual cost of living.
What's even more exciting is that not only do we voluntarily meet the pay requirements for Real Living Wage status, we exceed them! We know our staff are the lifeblood of our business and we will continue to recognise the amazing work they do each and every day.
We are really proud of this commitment, the Living Wage movement has benefited hundreds of thousands of families by enabling them to earn a wage they can live on and as we continue to grow, we are committed to sharing our success with the people that make it possible.
